Requirements
  • 2+ years of leadership experience over a team of 10+ direct reports, coaching and developing direct reports.
  • Established track record of taking ownership and driving results.
Responsibilities
  • Review the weekly work forecasts and determine productivity requirements to produce during the day to meet the overall building objectives.
  • Partner with other new Area Managers to balance labor ensuring that we are operating an efficient shift while meeting all of your goals.
  • Support all safety programs and OSHA compliance to ensure a safe work environment for all associates.
  • Proactively identify and lead process improvement initiatives and Lean tools.
  • Manage a team of warehouse associates to fulfill the ShipBob mission of assisting our clients in growing their online success by delighting their customers, on a daily basis.
  • Responsible for ensuring teams are properly trained, and that their needs are addressed so they can focus on their jobs.
  • Comply to all food safety and compliance policies and regulations.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as necessary.
