Requirements
Have a full complement of hand tools.
Have a personal reliable vehicle.
Wear CSA-approved steel-toed boots with 6-inch ankle support.
Hold a valid driver's license.
Be a Journeyperson Heavy Equipment Technician (Truck and Transport).
Have experience working on heavy trucks and trailers.
Have experience with engine rebuilds and performance software.
Be able to read and troubleshoot hydraulic and electronic schematics and diagnose issues using them.
Have strong organization and cleanliness skills.
Complete drug and alcohol testing, which may be by swab or urine depending on site requirements.
Successfully complete company orientation and site-specific orientation.
Complete a fitness-to-work assessment.
Responsibilities
Work out of a service truck to support field maintenance.
Be available for on-call road emergencies at night and/or on weekends.
Maintain equipment to high standards and in a timely manner.
Conduct performance and quality checks according to procedure.
Perform preventative maintenance, repairs, and overhauls.
Promote, execute, and follow the company's safety program, and encourage employees, subcontractors, and consultants to adopt safety as a culture.
Desired Qualifications
Hold CVIP certification.
Have power train experience.
Have experience with electronics and emissions.

Job Type: Full Time, Permanent
Schedule: 10+ Hours per day, 5 & 2, OT after 8hr/day or 44hr/week
Location: 9175 – 14 Street NW, Edmonton, AB
