Lead User Experience Designer
About the job
- Significant experience as a Lead UX or Senior UX Designer, ideally on redesigning or creating mobile or desktop applications.
- Strong command of user-journey design, user flows, and interactive prototyping.
- Proficiency in Figma for design and prototyping is essential.
- A detailed understanding of technical integration and web/mobile development constraints.
- A hands-on, design- and production-oriented profile suited to a fast-paced agile environment.
- Design user journeys and define interaction logic and dynamic behaviors.
- Create user flows, wireframes, and complex interactive prototypes.
- Participate in user research, including interviews, testing, and analysis of results.
- Conduct UX benchmarks and audits to inform product thinking.
- Lead UX within the chapter and promote a user-centered culture.
- Contribute to the overall consistency of user journeys and experiences across the scope.
- Collaborate daily with an agile product team and participate in its rituals.
- Work closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, UI Designers, and developers to ensure technical feasibility.
