About the Job

Requirements

A pet enthusiast who cares about pets, pet health, and pet nutrition.
Access to reliable transportation to travel to and from multiple stores in the area.
Access to a smart device for reporting.
Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

Tidy and face the client's products on shelves and ensure authorized point-of-sale materials are set up so pet parents can find what they need.
Build and maintain relationships with store associates, store management, and pet parents.
Provide store associates with pet health, nutrition, and product knowledge, including benefits and promotions, to increase recommendations and sales, with client guidance and store-manager approval.
Build brand awareness and affinity by engaging with pet parents and their pets in stores and at events.
Share pet health and nutrition information and make personalized product recommendations for customers' pets.
Set up demonstrations and displays as required.
Maintain and use client-provided materials, including equipment and handouts, to engage associates and pet parents.
Support recommendation-driving special projects as required.

Desired Qualifications

Experience working with pets.
Registered Veterinary Technician, Animal Health Technician, Bachelor of Science, or Master of Science in the pet field.

What will you do?

Support recommendations driving special projects as required.
