  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of progressive HR experience
  • Working knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as a trusted point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries, issues, and concerns.
  • Support the performance management process by providing guidance to managers and employees on performance reviews, goal setting, and development planning.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in partnership with People operations team to process employee changes, such as promotions, transfers, and terminations.
  • Maintain framework and reporting for ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) by liaising with internal stakeholders and subject matter experts.
  • Participate in HR projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing employee engagement, diversity and inclusion, and overall HR effectiveness.
