View

CareM Management Services is a management services organization that provides non-clinical support to a network of senior, post-acute, and home-based care providers. It centralizes administrative, financial, HR, IT, compliance, and risk management functions so clinicians can focus on patient care. By handling these shared services, CareM helps smaller practices achieve economies of scale, access better technology, and improve revenue cycle management within a value-based care environment. Its goal is to coordinate care across settings, navigate regulatory requirements, and enhance patient-centered care across the care continuum.

Simplify's Take

What believers are saying

  • CareM is hiring a Texas-New Mexico growth executive in June 2026.
  • The role targets census growth, payer contracting, and Ensemble CIN network expansion.
  • LinkedIn updated July 2026 shows Albuquerque headquarters and San Antonio operations.

What critics are saying

  • Census-driven revenue exposes CareM to referral slowdowns across hospitals, SNFs, and physicians.
  • Centralized billing and compliance create enterprise-wide failures if payer audits hit managed entities.
  • Jeremy Martin's two-decade control creates key-person risk; succession gaps imperil the network.

What makes CareM Management Services unique

  • CareM centralizes billing, compliance, HR, and IT across senior and home-based care.
  • Its MSO model serves privately owned groups, municipalities, nonprofits, and Native American tribes.
  • Jeremy Martin has led CareM since 2004, giving unusual continuity and institutional memory.
