Responsibilities
Deliver all new-hire, refresher, and remedial training covering safety, maintenance, operations, and compliance curricula and courses.
Ensure that all computer-based training courses are completed on time.
Maintain operations, safety, and maintenance training programs, including documentation and records in the company learning management system.
Identify, develop, and implement improvements to training courses in coordination with plant personnel and the Learning and Development Program Manager.
Perform and track refresher training required to maintain company and regulatory compliance.
Support compliance efforts for federal, state, and local laws and regulations related to plant operations, maintenance, employee development, and compliance training.
Communicate employee training status clearly to stakeholders.
Maintain learning management system records.
Conduct training on process fundamentals for operations personnel, including plant science, fluid behavior, heat, and heat transfer.
Conduct generic training on process equipment, including pumps, valves, instrumentation, fractionators, heat exchangers, and vacuum systems.
Conduct multi-course training on fractional distillation, water treatment, and other separation processes.
Perform other related duties as assigned.

Position Summary:
The Training Manager is responsible for developing and implementing training strategies, including all training programs and guides. Conducting, tracking, and monitoring training progress for all departments.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
Delivers all new hire, refresher, and remedial training encompassing Safety, Maintenance, Operations, and Compliance curricullum and courses.

Continously identifies, develops and implements improvement of training courses, in cordination with plant personnel and the Learning and Development Program Manager.

Supports compliance efforts for federal, state and local laws, regulations related to plant operations and maintenance related to employee development and compliance training.
Clearly communicates status of employee training with stakeholders.
Maintains Learning Management System (LMS) records.
Other Functions:
