- Lead and work with crew members performing rough and finish carpentry on commercial, industrial, and agricultural projects.
- Frame interior walls, install trim and door frames, hang doors, and install bath partitions.
- Work closely with the foreman to motivate, train, and mentor a crew of three to four carpenters.
- Lead and maintain a safe and quality work culture.
- Assist in planning and organizing daily jobsite operations.
- Ensure high-quality workmanship and efficient production.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Driver's license.
