Requirements
  • Three to six years of hands-on web development or web production experience.
  • Strong proficiency in HTML5, including semantic markup; CSS3, including Flexbox, Grid, media queries, and custom properties; and JavaScript ES6+, including DOM manipulation, event handling, and fetch/async basics.
  • Practical experience with AEM 6.5 authoring, including templates, components, pages, and DAM, and/or AEM Edge Delivery Services with DA.Live or document-based authoring using SharePoint or Google Docs.
  • Understanding of the Edge Delivery Services block model, including block structure, decoration through JavaScript and CSS, section metadata, and the boilerplate project layout.
  • Comfort with Git and GitHub basics, including branches, pull requests, and previewing branch content through aem.page and aem.live.
  • Proficiency with Chrome DevTools for debugging layout, script, and network issues.
  • Understanding of web performance, including Core Web Vitals such as LCP, CLS, and INP, and image optimization.
  • Understanding of virtual device testing tools such as BrowserStack or Sauce Labs.
  • Familiarity with WCAG 2.1/2.2 AA accessibility standards and semantic procedures.
  • Ability to match designs precisely through pixel-perfect assembly.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally and work with cross-functional, distributed teams.
Responsibilities
  • Assemble, configure, and publish pages using AEM 6.5 Sites/Touch UI and Edge Delivery Services with DA.Live, using approved templates, components, blocks, and content fragments in accordance with brand and design system guidelines.
  • Structure content in DA.Live, SharePoint, or Google Docs using tables, sections, block syntax, and section metadata to ensure reliable Edge Delivery Services rendering and predictable output.
  • Manage assets through AEM DAM, including uploading, tagging, selecting renditions, and improving images for performance and consistency.
  • Apply HTML5, CSS3, and vanilla JavaScript to style and decorate blocks, enable light interactivity, and provide responsive behavior across breakpoints and browsers.
  • Implement and verify metadata, SEO tags, canonical URLs, redirects, structured data, and sitemaps.
  • Perform functional, visual, and adaptive quality assurance against Figma or design specifications.
  • Debug rendering issues using DevTools, including block decoration, lazy loading, LCP/CLS issues, 404 errors, and publish/preview discrepancies.
  • Run and interpret Core Web Vitals, Lighthouse, and PageSpeed audits and remediate performance issues.
  • Verify WCAG 2.2 AA compliance through semantic markup, alt text, contrast, keyboard navigation, and appropriate ARIA usage.
  • Partner with content, editorial, and review teams to action feedback from staging reviews.
  • Log and resolve defects in JIRA and follow preview-review-publish workflows with versioning and rollback.
  • Document reusable patterns and contribute to shared standards that shorten time-to-publish and improve consistency across markets.
  • Use Git/GitHub workflows to manage branches and pull requests and preview content through aem.page and aem.live.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience in a regulated industry such as pharma, healthcare, or finance with content review workflows such as MLR or PromoMats.
  • Exposure to AEM as a Cloud Service or Universal Editor.
  • Familiarity with Figma for design handoff and copy validation.
  • Basic experience with analytics tagging using Adobe Analytics, Adobe Launch, or Google Tag Manager and with consent management using OneTrust or similar tools.
  • Experience with localization and translation workflows for multi-market, multi-language sites.
  • Exposure to CI/CD concepts and automated testing basics.
  • Understanding of SEO fundamentals and AI-crawler readiness, including robots.txt, sitemaps, and llms.txt.

Cramer avoids AstraZeneca as trial failures and regulatory pressures overshadow $15.4B revenue

Jim Cramer stated on Mad Money that he is not investing in AstraZeneca, comparing it to Novartis and expressing concerns about missed clinical trials. He believes the company's COPD programme is insufficient to change his view. AstraZeneca reported second-quarter revenue of $15.38 billion, up 6.4% year-on-year, with adjusted earnings per share of $2.63 beating estimates. Growth was driven by oncology and rare disease treatments, offsetting generic competition. However, the company faces significant challenges. The drug anselamimab failed its primary endpoint in a Phase III trial, whilst datopotamab deruxtecan delivered mixed results in lung cancer studies. AstraZeneca's blockbuster drug Farxiga will face a 68% Medicare price reduction from 2026 under the Inflation Reduction Act. The company also contends with regulatory investigations in China involving senior executives.

Amgen and AstraZeneca lung cancer drug combo meets survival goal in phase III study

Amgen and AstraZeneca announced positive results from the phase III DeLLphi-305 study evaluating Amgen's Imdelltra (tarlatamab) combined with AstraZeneca's Imfinzi (durvalumab) as first-line maintenance treatment for extensive-stage small-cell lung cancer (ES-SCLC). The study met its primary endpoint of overall survival and key secondary endpoint of progression-free survival, with no new safety concerns identified. ES-SCLC affects approximately 195,000 people globally. If approved, the combination would compete with Jazz Pharmaceuticals' Zepzelca plus Roche's Tecentriq, which received FDA approval in October 2025. Imdelltra, approved in 2024 for ES-SCLC progression after platinum-based chemotherapy, generated $546 million in global sales during the first half of 2026, up from $215 million in the prior-year period.

AstraZeneca shares slip 0.7% despite Imfinzi trial success in lung cancer treatment

AstraZeneca shares declined approximately 0.7% to $161.51 despite positive late-stage trial results for Imfinzi in treating extensive-stage small-cell lung cancer. The 563-patient DeLLphi-305 trial met its primary overall-survival goal when Imfinzi was combined with Amgen's Imdelltra, also improving progression-free survival and response rates with no new safety concerns. However, the companies have not released numerical survival data, leaving investors unable to assess the treatment's competitive strength. Imfinzi generated $6.06 billion in 2025, whilst oncology represented approximately 46% of AstraZeneca's $30.7 billion first-half 2026 revenue. The shares now trade 10.72% below their $180.91 valuation estimate. AstraZeneca must share economics with Amgen and demonstrate that the treatment's added complexity can convert into meaningful sales growth.
