Cedarhurst Senior Living runs a network of senior living communities that provide Independent Living, Assisted Living, Personal Care, and Memory Care under the Cedarhurst and Cedar Creek brands. It operates 50 communities across eight states, with three more under construction, and is part of The Dover Companies, a developer and operator of senior housing. Its communities combine housing with level-based care to support residents’ daily living needs. By offering multiple care options within the same brand family, Cedarhurst helps residents choose the right level of support without moving to a different organization. The company differentiates itself through its scale (dozens of communities), multi-brand approach, and ownership by a dedicated developer/operator of senior housing, which allows consistency in service and growth. Cedarhurst’s goal is to create communities where each person feels loved, valued, supported, and able to live life to the fullest.
