Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in-house or at an agency.
  • Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in digital and print design.
  • Experience in UI/UX design and familiarity with prototyping tools such as Figma or Sketch is a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for email and web design is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts to stakeholders.
Responsibilities
  • Create visually engaging graphics for digital marketing campaigns, including social media content, email marketing assets, and display ads.
  • Develop creative assets for the Gesture platform, such as user interface graphics, app store screenshots, and web banners.
  • Design print materials for tangible marketing solutions, including product packaging, promotional collateral, and event materials.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver on design needs that enhance the user experience.
  • Maintain and evolve the Gesture brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all creative outputs.
  • Produce wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for new digital product features or updates.
  • Support video and motion graphic projects as needed for content across multiple platforms.
  • Stay up-to-date with design trends and emerging technologies to continuously innovate and improve creative output.
