Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • At least two years of professionally relevant work experience.
  • Ability to conduct a high volume of outbound phone calls and follow-up communications while maintaining professionalism and empathy.
  • Basic understanding of core job functions and tools.
  • Ability to follow instructions and established procedures with supervision.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct daily outreach to former students through phone calls, email, text messages, and other communication methods to encourage re-entry and continued enrollment.
  • Maintain ongoing contact with prospective re-entry students and document outreach activities, follow-up efforts, and outcomes in designated systems.
  • Meet with students considering withdrawal to discuss available resources, re-entry opportunities, and next steps for returning to school.
  • Contact absent students to identify barriers to attendance, provide support resources, and encourage continued participation.
  • Participate in weekly campus accountability meetings and provide updates on student outreach activities and re-entry progress.
  • Support campus re-entry initiatives and retention efforts designed to increase student re-enrollment and persistence.
  • Assist the Student Affairs team in connecting students with internal and external support services that promote student success and re-entry goals.
  • Provide customer service to students, alumni, and community partners while promoting student success and retention and adhering to confidentiality requirements and company policies.
  • Safely ambulate and maneuver in the on-site work environment.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
