- Must have a passion for sports, fitness, and working with children.
- Show up on time to class and be physically and mentally prepared, including accounting for commuting time.
- Interact with parents, teachers, directors, children, and management on a daily basis.
- Teach and conduct classes in a fun and structured way while challenging each child to accomplish motor development goals.
- Provide individual and group instruction to children ages 2 to 12.
- Understand responsibilities while children are under your supervision.
- Maintain up-to-date class rosters.
- Prior experience working with children, such as preschool teaching, camp counseling, elementary education substitute teaching, or coaching.
- A background in fitness, athletics, sports, dance, cheer, gymnastics, martial arts, exercise science, kinesiology, or physical education.
- Early Childhood Education units.
