Rhino USA closes $15MM asset-backed facility with Texas Capital.

Rhino USA closes $15MM asset-backed facility with Texas Capital. The financing fuels strategic inventory investment and working capital optimization as the family-built brand continues its breakout trajectory across national retail channels. Reading Time: 2 mins read Rhino USA, a family-built authority in truck, towing and off-road adventure gear, closed a $15 million asset-backed loan facility with Texas Capital. The financing will be deployed to accelerate strategic inventory investment and optimize working capital as the company continues its rapid national expansion across big-box retail, e-commerce and international markets. "This financing is a vote of confidence in what we've built and where we're headed," Ted Repic, CEO of Rhino USA, said. "We've been on a winning trajectory, and this capital gives us the fuel to sustain that momentum and push even harder. Texas Capital understood our business, our vision and what it takes to win at this level. This collaboration reflects the strength of the platform we've spent ten years building, and we're just getting started." The facility was arranged through Texas Capital's asset-based lending team, whose expertise in growth-stage companies made for a seamless process from diligence to close. Jeremy Bell, COO of Rhino USA, added, "Inventory depth and supply chain agility are how an American brand competes at national scale. This facility lets us invest ahead of demand in inventory, in our U.S. distribution network, and in the people we're hiring in Central Texas and Georgia. The Texas Capital team understood that from day one, and having a Texas-based financial services firm with national reach matters as we keep building here." Grant Weiss, managing director in asset-based lending at Texas Capital, said, "We are proud to support Rhino USA's continued expansion with a financing solution tailored to its needs. As the company continues to scale its operations and broaden its market reach, we look forward to serving as a trusted financial partner in the next phase of its growth." Bell added, "We're only getting started at RhinoWorld. The site sits in a federally designated Opportunity Zone, which we're proud of, and we've already added three new full-time roles there this year." With the Texas Capital facility in place, Rhino USA is positioned to execute aggressively on its retail channel strategy, ensuring the inventory depth, operational flexibility and supply chain strength needed to meet growing demand and expand its presence with major national retailers.
