About the Job

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • At least 5 years of program or project management experience, ideally in consumer packaged goods, consumer goods, or an environment with complex, multi-workstream launch programs requiring coordination across many teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive accountability and outcomes through influence, without direct authority over the teams involved.
  • Strong prioritization and judgment to distinguish critical-path issues from noise and keep teams focused under competing demands.
  • Strong stakeholder-management ability and confidence working effectively with partners at every level, from associates to executives.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Creative and thoughtful adoption of artificial intelligence tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or Gemini to improve personal and team efficiency.
  • Proficiency with Monday.com or a comparable work-management platform.
  • Hands-on experience with Centric PLM or a comparable product lifecycle management system to manage product development data and workflows.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to synthesize status clearly and concisely for leadership.
  • Ability to work independently and remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment.

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end new product development launch program across Marketplace and Retail, from kickoff to launch, maintaining the master schedule and critical path.
  • Drive cross-functional accountability across sourcing, packaging, creative, brand, inventory and demand planning, and compliance by securing commitments and following milestones through to closure.
  • Apply judgment and prioritization to distinguish critical-path issues from noise and focus teams on key decisions and actions.
  • Run launch cadences and manage risk by surfacing dependencies, flagging slippage early, resolving blockers, and escalating issues to the appropriate people.
  • Maintain systems of record, including launch status in Monday.com and product development data in Centric PLM or similar tools, so leadership and partners can track progress.
  • Develop and use artificial intelligence tools for status synthesis, drafting follow-ups, and flagging risks, and scale effective practices to the broader team.
  • Identify bottlenecks across the new product development workflow and build scalable process improvements to shorten time to launch.

Desired Qualifications

  • Familiarity with Amazon and Walmart Marketplace and Retail environments.
