Requirements
  • 5+ years in estimation; experience in environmental projects preferred
  • Bachelor's in Engineering, Construction Management
  • Proficiency in cost estimation; experience in environmental or construction projects
  • Skills Required: Cost estimation, financial analysis, project management, attention to detail
  • Competencies Required: Excellent oral and written communication skills; proficient with Microsoft Office Products (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, & Adobe)
  • US Citizenship Required
  • Background checks and drug testing may be required; ability to obtain necessary permits and licenses as applicable; no visa sponsorship (H-1B or TN)
  • Ability to work on a United States federal government project and operate in CONUS across multiple states
Responsibilities
  • Prepare cost estimates for environmental remediation projects; analyze project requirements; develop budget forecasts
Desired Qualifications
  • Professional licensure: Certifications in cost estimation (e.g., Certified Cost Professional) are beneficial
  • Experience with environmental remediation projects focusing on DoD/USACE preferred
  • Ability to obtain security clearance may be beneficial but not required
