Responsibilities
  • Assist the engineering supervisor with maintenance throughout the hotel and building, ensuring work in the technician's area of expertise meets high standards and customer needs and expectations.
  • Repair and paint interior and exterior walls, floors, facades, ceilings, and equipment, matching the existing paint finish.
  • Repair damaged or cracked surfaces, including concrete, plaster, stonework, precast masonry blocks, wall and floor tiles, and marblework.
  • Participate in the hotel's energy conservation program.
  • Proactively undertake tasks specified in the preventive maintenance program when not directed by the duty engineer or chief engineer.
