- At least 1 year of experience in an HR or administration support role; experience in a payroll service company is preferred.
- Support or execute payroll processes, including verifying time and attendance records and preparing, checking, and distributing pay slips.
- Perform administrative tasks, including drafting contracts, collecting and archiving documents, and updating internal files and tools.
- Support the organization and recording of training activities, performance evaluation, and development processes.
- Support recruitment by posting advertisements, screening CVs, and organizing interviews.
- Maintain the HR archive and ensure all data is up to date.
- Arrange transfers, hotel bookings, and flights for colleagues during their assignments.
- Support the HR Manager in carrying out tasks.
- Experience in an HR or administration support role in a payroll service company.
