Requirements
  • Experience in public relations or communications, particularly within entertainment, music, live events, or similar fields.
  • Experience managing press lists, reporting on coverage, working on press releases, and securing media coverage.
  • Experience working with journalists, photographers, and media.
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure in a fast-paced live environment, solve problems, and balance multiple stakeholders and shifting priorities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with artists, creatives, production, ticketing, finance, marketing, and other teams.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
  • Willingness to travel for events, press engagements, and meetings.
Responsibilities
  • Maintain department mailing lists, keeping contacts up to date and developing targeted lists and segments.
  • Manage the department email inbox and route requests to relevant stakeholders and teams.
  • Send press releases and localise third-party releases to the Live Nation UK template.
  • Monitor media coverage and report on coverage for priority shows, optimise department tools and processes, and develop artificial intelligence workflows to simplify reporting with manager support.
  • Work with the Creator Partnerships Manager to manage creator invitations and ticketing and monitor and report on content creator campaigns.
  • Pitch shows to key listings pages, festival guides, and gift guides.
  • Support the team on site at events by assisting with show accreditation, escorting media, managing photographers and press areas, and providing ad hoc assistance.
  • Support the planning and delivery of large-scale media engagements, including launches, trips, publicity stunts, and gifting campaigns.
  • Manage department subscriptions.

Live Nation posts record Q2 with $7.7B revenue amid legal troubles and monopoly ruling
