As a Multi-Unit Studio Manager, you’ll have the opportunity to lead multiple studios, develop talented leaders, and directly influence business performance across your market. You’ll bring teams together, celebrate wins, turn opportunities into action, and ensure every studio consistently delivers the Sev Skin Experience.

With more than 70 studios nationwide—and continued growth ahead—this is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact with a fast-growing brand.

What You’ll Do

Lead and Inspire Studio Teams

• Build a positive, energetic, and results-driven culture across your assigned studios.
• Coach and develop Studio Managers and team members to reach their goals and deliver their best work.
• Provide real-time feedback, recognition, and support while creating clear accountability.
• Conduct regular check-ins with studio leaders to strengthen performance and support career growth.
• Identify high-potential team members and help develop Sev Skin’s next generation of leaders.

Drive Business Performance

• Lead assigned studios in achieving revenue, sales, productivity, and profitability goals.
• Monitor key performance indicators, identify trends, and turn insights into action.
• Coach teams to improve package and membership conversion, trial conversion, rebooking, reviews, OSAT scores, and room utilization.
• Partner with Marketing and field leadership to execute promotions, client outreach, and growth initiatives.
• Celebrate strong performance while creating action plans to address opportunities.

Create an Exceptional Client Experience

• Ensure every client interaction reflects Sev Skin’s service standards and brand values.
• Inspire teams to create a welcoming, seamless, and elevated experience from arrival through checkout.
• Monitor client feedback, satisfaction scores, and reviews to recognize success and identify areas for improvement.
• Support studio leaders in resolving escalated client concerns with professionalism, care, and urgency.
• Reinforce consistent service delivery and high-quality treatment outcomes across all assigned studios.

Keep Studios Running Smoothly

• Ensure assigned studios operate efficiently and consistently follow company policies, procedures, and brand standards.
• Oversee staffing and scheduling to optimize coverage, productivity, and the client experience.
• Monitor inventory and ordering to maintain appropriate stock levels, minimize waste, and control costs.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to solve operational challenges and support business needs.
• Maintain consistent execution and accountability across all assigned studios.

Grow Our Local Presence

• Develop grassroots marketing initiatives that build brand awareness and generate client demand.
• Build relationships with local businesses, organizations, and community partners.
• Identify local events and partnership opportunities that increase visibility and client acquisition.
• Encourage studio teams to participate in outreach efforts and proudly represent the Sev Skin brand.

What You Bring

• Experience successfully leading multiple studios, retail stores, or service-based businesses.
• A strong sales mindset with a track record of achieving measurable business results.
• Experience coaching, developing, and inspiring leaders and teams.
• Excellent communication, organization, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Confidence analyzing performance data and translating insights into action.
• A client-first mindset and genuine passion for developing people.
• Proficiency with business software, scheduling systems, and data-management tools.
• Ability to travel regularly between assigned studios.

Schedule and Availability

This is an on-site leadership role requiring flexibility based on studio operations and business needs.

• Ability to work on-site up to five days per week across assigned studios.
• In-studio presence every Friday and at least every other Saturday.
• Sunday availability when an assigned studio is open; Sundays do not replace the every-other-Saturday requirement.
• Evening, weekend, and holiday availability based on business needs.
• Additional coverage during peak periods or based on staffing and client demand.
• Regular travel between assigned studios.

Base salary: $70,000 - $75,000 plus potential for a monthly bonus in addition to base salary
