ST | 0 Hrs. OT on a Exempt W2: No Overtime Pay Contract Contingent Basis located CONUS - Charlotte, NC Across The Mid Atlantic Region supporting the The City of Charlottes mission of ensuring the delivery of quality public services and promote the safety, health, and quality of life of its citizens  with Translation, Transcription, and Interpretation services.   .

Seeking Laotian Language Interpreter candidates with relevant Government And Public Services Sector Experience (functional and technical area expertise also ideal) to support professional services engagement for Government And Public Services Sector Clients such as CLT.  This as a Contract Contingent or Contract W-2 (IRS-1099) Interpretation Services Functional Area - Interpretation Services Position; however, ProSidian reserves the right to convert to a Full-Time ProSidian employed W-2 Position.

JOB OVERVIEW

Provide services and support as a Interpretation Services (Laotian Language Interpreter) in the Government And Public Services Industry Sector focusing on Business Process Solutions for clients such as City Of Charlotte, NC (CLT) | City of Charlotte Procurement Department Generally Located In CONUS - Charlotte, NC and across the Mid Atlantic Region (Of Country/World).

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES - Laotian Language Interpreter | Interpretation Services [CLT016015]

• Interpret spoken communication between Laotian and English in government settings. Ensure clarity and confidentiality.

Qualifications

Desired Qualifications For Laotian Language Interpreter | Interpretation Services [CLT016015] (CLT016015) Candidates:

• Fluency in Laotian and English, experience in real-time interpretation.

Education / Experience Requirements / Qualifications

• 2+ years of interpretation experience. Certification preferred.

Skills Required

• Strong memory retention, cultural competence, and adaptability.

Competencies Required

Ancillary Details Of The Roles

• Court interpretation experience is beneficial.

Other Details

• Experience with phone and video remote interpretation (VRI) is a plus.
