Responsibilities
Collaborate with the Assistant Dean and Admissions Team on recruitment activities, including college fairs, high school visits, financial aid presentations, recruitment event support, prospect tracking, prospect relations, and follow-up.
Monitor the application system, assist prospective students in completing the application process, and collect necessary supporting documents.
Support Tucson Program staff by providing customer service; answering, screening, and directing phone calls; reviewing and responding to emails; maintaining the calendar; preparing, drafting, and proofreading reports, letters, forms, and spreadsheets; coordinating travel arrangements and meetings; taking minutes; and assisting with events as needed.
Maintain admissions and student confidential records and files, maintain spreadsheets, and ensure data is up to date for admissions reporting and tracking in the Slate customer relationship management system.
Give presentations in assigned schools, community groups, and to individual students and families.
Represent the University to officials, dignitaries, and community members visiting campus.
Represent the School of Professional Studies with a helpful, team-oriented demeanor consistent with the University's mission and Roman Catholic character.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Work occasional nights and weekends as required.

The position, located in Tucson, Arizona, is responsible for student recruitment and admissions for the University’s Tucson Program. The Admissions Counselor will report to the Assistant Dean, and will work with other team members to meet yearly recruitment goals and find new recruitment sources.
The projected salary or hourly pay range for this position, which represents the full range of anticipated compensation, is: $41,000 to $45,000.
