The role

As a Workday HCM Lead Consultant, we expect you to be:

• Responsible for delivering allocated work in all stages of the Workday project lifecycle, from planning and design phases through deployment, testing, go live and post production support and/or delivering allocated AMS work

• Developing your area of expertise in the Workday product suite, specializing and having a deepening skill set within a particular functional area

• Develops working relationships with other members of project team and management as well as client

• Ability to be effectively and actively engaged on multiple, parallel projects

• Guide other consultants within project team

• Share knowledge and information through regular communications and facilitation

• Additional experience in internal work like contributing to and building internal methodology, coaching/mentoring of team members, prepare and deliver internal training etc. is a plus

Requirements

• Excellent oral and written communications skills in English

• Preferably fluent in German or another European language such as Spanish

• Certified in Workday HCM

• Preferably have experience implementing another Workday module such as Recruiting or Talent and certification in that module would be an advantage

• Exposure to the maintenance and enhancement of HR Systems (post go-live)

• Consultancy experience of HR processes and/or worked within an HR Services team is desirable

• Excellent presentation and facilitation skills, a clear ability to ‘consult’ for and with your clients

• Experience as 'Lead' with an implementation partner is preferred
