  • Minimum of 3-4 years experience as a Salesforce Administrator

Responsibilities
  • Serve as primary system administrator for Salesforce
  • Develop high quality, scalable solutions using Salesforce
  • Manage user set-up, profiles, roles, passwords
  • Build and maintain customer processes in Salesforce using objects, flows, and automations
  • Maintain and optimize Service Cloud and Service Cloud Voice
  • Provide Reports and Dashboards as requested by business leaders
  • Create/maintain workflows, validation rules, and automated processes
  • Ensure data hygiene across applications, including de-dup and import/export of data
  • Run Data Backups and Database maintenance reports periodically
  • Manage any Salesforce data feeds and out-of-the-box integrations
  • Create/customize objects, fields, record types, page layouts
  • Perform mass updates in the Salesforce instance
