About the job
- Be an undergraduate student majoring in English, Business Administration, an Engineering or Technical field, or another relevant field.
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Have strong oral and written communication skills in English and Vietnamese.
- Have customer-service orientation and good leadership and presentation skills.
- Ensure 5S compliance at FCM1.5.
- Support standardization of documentation.
- Collect and scan maintenance records.
- Input daily or shift FCM1 operational data into the store file.
- Support operations and maintenance of the WWTP, WRS, and water supply system.
- Review control charts and report abnormal findings.
- Provide administrative support for FCM1.
- Maintain and manage the FCM1 database.
- Support the Operations Team in daily activities.
