At least 2 years of related work experience in the job offered or a related occupation.
At least 2 years of experience utilizing SAP Business Object Data Services, Business Warehouse, and Agile Methodology to drive SAP software development and implementation for General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable.
At least 2 years of experience driving the full software development lifecycle for SAP implementation, including requirements gathering, application configuration design, business process analysis, scripting, code deployments, enhancement validation, defect and change-request triage, and issue escalations, using HP Application Lifecycle Management and Microsoft Azure SharePoint.
At least 2 years of experience building, configuring, and monitoring interfaces integrating SAP General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Project System with third-party systems.
At least 2 years of experience driving the creation of technical and functional specifications, including screen layouts, navigation flows, logic diagrams, data models, process models, and pseudocode, using Agile Methodology.
At least 2 years of experience developing Technical Design Documents from Functional Design Documents for Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, and Forms objects using Microsoft PowerPoint and Word.
At least 2 years of experience defining systems strategy and support procedures; developing systems requirements; and designing, prototyping, testing, training, and implementing technology-enabled business solutions for clients.
At least 2 years of experience building software integration production and developing software modules using SAP Landscape Transformation Replication Server, Central Finance, SAP Business Object Data Services, Business Warehouse, and Process Integration.
At least 2 years of experience driving the design of SAP Finance and Controlling, General Ledger Accounting, New General Ledger Accounting, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Investment Management, and Project System for integration and collaboration with offshore development teams.

Responsibilities

Drive software development and implementation services using SAP products to address manufacturing, financial, human resources, customer relationship management, supply chain, and other business needs.
Synthesize overall operations strategy by analyzing business solutions and selecting relevant SAP tools and techniques to meet specific requirements, including business cases, pricing, and complex financial analysis.
Interpret and report on outputs from business solutions and financial analyses.
Drive the design, configuration, testing, and support of SAP business modules and develop technical objects, including modules and reports.
Assess existing information systems and identify gaps between business requirements and current system capabilities.
Estimate the time and resources needed for development work.
Transform detailed requirements into complete systems design documents.
Support the creation of interface specifications and call flows for design components.

Work You’ll Do
Drive software development and implementation services to address manufacturing, financial, human resources, customer relationship management, supply chain, and other business needs, utilizing SAP products. Synthesize overall operations strategy by analyzing a wide variety of business solutions, select the most relevant SAP tools and techniques to meet specific requirements, including business case, pricing, or complex financial analysis and interpreting and reporting on outputs. Drive the design, configuration, test, and support of SAP business modules to develop technical objects, including module and reports. Perform assessments of existing information systems and identify gaps between business requirements and current system capabilities, estimate time and resources needed for the development work. Transform detailed requirements into a complete, detailed systems design document, support creation of interface specifications and call flows for the components in the design.

Position requires 2 years of related work experience in each of the following:

Utilizing SAP Business Object Data Services (BODS), Business Warehouse (BW), and Agile Methodology to drive software development and implementation services of SAP General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), and Accounts Receivable (AR);
Driving aspects of the full software development lifecycle for SAP implementation, which include requirements gathering, application configuration design, business process analysis, scripting, code deployments, enhancement validation, triage of defects and change requests, and escalations and urgent issues, using HP Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) and Microsoft (MS) Azure SharePoint;
Building, configuring and monitoring interfaces to integrate SAP GL, AP, AR, and Project System (PS) with 3rd party systems;
Driving the creation of technical and functional specifications, including screen layouts, navigation flows, logic diagrams, data models, process models, and pseudo code, to be used for application development, utilizing Agile Methodology;
Developing Technical Design Documents (TDD) from Functional Design Documents (FDD) for Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, and Form (RICEF) objects utilizing MS PowerPoint and Word;
Defining systems strategy and support procedures, developing systems requirements, designing, prototyping, testing, training, and implementing technology-enabled business solutions for clients;
Building and developing software integration production and developing software modules using SAP Landscape Transformation Replication Server (SLT), Central Finance (cFIN), BODS, BW, and Process Integration (PI); and
Driving the design of SAP Finance and Controlling (FICO), General Ledger Accounting (FI-GL), New GL Accounting, AP, AR, Asset Accounting (FI-AA), Investment Management (IM), and PS for integration and to work with offshore development teams to develop solutions.
