Job Summary and Responsibilities:
Under the direction of the Operations Manager, the Freight Auditor will be responsible for investigating freight shipments that are potentially misclassified and then determining the necessary actions to adjust billing. The goal is to identify billing discrepancies, verify discrepancies, and resolve the issues for both the client and the company. Tasks include, but are not limited to the following:
· Validates proper documentation is provided by carriers when presenting invoices for payment

Skills and Qualifications:
· Minimum of high school diploma or GED
· Ability to communicate effectively across all levels of both customer and carrier’s organizations

· Highly motivated with an ability to work independently as well as in a group setting
·Must have excellent phone and email communication skills and ability to multitask and assist clients after hours.
