  • A minimum of 10 years of experience (preferably with a majority in the energy industry) with experience in strategic activities / initiatives

Responsibilities
  • Play a critical role in shaping the company's growth strategy by providing insights and recommendations on market trends, competitor analysis, and customer behavior while implementing our Group’s strategic roadmap
  • Assess and analyze market dynamics & challenges, analyze the competitive landscape, and build specific studies (SWOT, BCG matrix, value chains…) to provide insights on market trends, cycles and T.EN positioning / growth opportunities
  • Analyze existing business models across the Group’s landscape, build benchmarks, and identify new opportunities
  • Interface with other teams in the broader 'Strategy Group' towards scouting of new technologies / partners / companies to collaborate with or explore M&A opportunities
  • Work with VP Corporate Strategy and join the Corporate Strategy team, facilitating interaction and circulation of information
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across the Business Lines, Finance, Technology & Innovation, Strategic Marketing, Commercial among others, notably by coordinating the market diagnosis and strategic roadmap implementation
