About the job

Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience as a Product Manager or Senior Product Owner in supply chain, procurement, logistics, vendor management, or e-commerce inbound operations.
  • A proven track record in purchase order management, supplier master data, or inbound visibility using enterprise tools such as SAP MM/S4, Coupa, Manhattan, or IBM Sterling.
  • A solid understanding of procure-to-pay financial flows.
  • Hands-on ability to query databases using SQL, read application logs, and understand microservices, API designs, and monolith-to-microservice migration trade-offs.
  • Demonstrated daily use of AI tools such as Gemini to accelerate discovery, analyze data exports, synthesize transcripts, and prepare comprehensive specification tickets.
  • Experience managing matrixed senior stakeholders at Director or VP level, standing firm on root-cause problem solving, and confidently defending scope decisions.
  • Ability to follow a standardise, automate, optimise, and scale workflow.
  • Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Professional English.
Responsibilities
  • Own and execute the strategy for inbound logistics initiatives, balancing technical-debt reduction, such as decoupling purchasing logic from legacy ERP systems, with creating new capabilities.
  • Build automated data pipelines that track orders from creation to delivery.
  • Achieve full three-way matching among purchase orders, physical goods received, and financial invoices, eliminating lost items from partial deliveries.
  • Establish standard supplier communication mechanisms, including APIs, EDI/TecCom, and file-based transfers, and drive adoption of Advanced Shipping Notices.
  • Define supplier master-data quality standards alongside operational teams.
  • Integrate SAP ERP and internal AWS warehouse management systems to maintain continuous end-to-end data flow.
  • Build collaborative relationships with senior leads across Procurement, Vendor Operations, Warehouse Operations, Finance, and Supplier Integrations.
  • Push back constructively on scope creep and align conflicting functional needs into prioritized roadmaps.
  • Run independent technical discoveries, analyze ERP data and logs using SQL, and use AI tools to prepare development-ready specifications, edge cases, and test scenarios for engineering.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA or SAP MM.
  • Experience with live monolith migrations.
  • Experience with low-code or AI prototyping tools such as n8n or Make.
  • Experience in the automotive aftermarket or large-catalogue e-commerce sector.
