Responsibilities
  • Drive a multi-disciplinary team of artists and designers to deliver LEGO assets
  • Maintain strong relationships with discipline leaders to ensure successful delivery of shippable assets
  • Discover and mitigate bottlenecks to improve the process and increase team velocity
  • Collaborate with the Product and IP teams to plan and deliver assets for Cosmetics and the base game
  • Support fostering a great relationship with IP Partners
  • Evaluate ROI and make effective compromises while maintaining high standards
  • Be adaptive and open to continuous improvements as the game and process evolves
