Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in Marketing Operations in a high-growth B2B environment.
  • 2+ years of Marketo experience (certification preferred).
  • 2+ years of Salesforce experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Experience with Microsoft office, particularly Excel.
  • Experience in ABM reporting.
  • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks accurately and efficiently.
  • Must be customer service oriented with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to communicate at all levels and across the organization.
Responsibilities
  • Lead the planning, execution, and measurement of integrated marketing campaigns and programs.
  • Collaborate with product marketing, content, and demand generation teams to develop program strategies and objectives.
  • Oversee the end-to-end campaign process, including audience segmentation, content development, and campaign delivery.
  • Manage marketing automation systems (e.g., Marketo) to build, deploy, and track campaigns, ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
  • Monitor program performance metrics, analyze results, and provide insights to optimize campaigns for maximum impact.
  • Develop and maintain campaign schedules and resources to ensure timely and efficient execution.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to ensure alignment between marketing efforts and sales goals.
  • Implement nurturing strategies to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
  • Provide training and support to marketing teams on campaign execution and technology usage.
  • Foster a collaborative and innovative culture within the marketing operations team.
  • Other duties as assigned.
