Requirements
  • 2-4 years of direct experience in Sales Operations (SaaS environment preferred)
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, revenue funnels, and customer lifecycles
  • Prior experience working within Salesforce CRM
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Responsibilities
  • Partner with assigned selling teams to recommend, prioritize, and manage strategic revenue-enabling initiatives
  • Diagnose root causes of sales system inefficiencies and ineffectiveness and deliver solutions
  • Drive projects to completion within a quality and adoption framework
  • Simplify processes through automation and implementation of new process steps and tools
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to create a best-in-class operations environment
  • Respond to various sales support tickets and requests
  • Manage sales tech stack including implementation, support, optimization, evaluation, and vendor relationships
