Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent proven experience.
  • Experience in manufacturing, production engineering, machining, or technical process support within an industrial environment.
  • A good technical understanding of manufacturing processes, process optimization, and industrial operations.

Responsibilities
  • Support the development, optimization, and standardization of manufacturing processes to improve quality, productivity, cost, and cycle times.
  • Collaborate with engineering, production, quality, and operational teams to ensure robust, efficient, and repeatable manufacturing solutions.
  • Contribute to the introduction of new products, processes, equipment, and technologies within the manufacturing environment, including production cycles and CAD/CAM.
  • Analyze process performance, production feedback, and technical data to identify improvement opportunities and support decision-making.
  • Prepare, maintain, and update technical documentation, standards, work instructions, and process-related information.
  • Provide technical support to production teams to troubleshoot issues, reduce downtime, and ensure product quality.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and promote best practices across manufacturing activities.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company requirements.
