Requirements
  • A vocational diploma (DEP) in computer support or equivalent training is required.
  • At least one year of experience as an operator or in computer support is required.
  • Experience providing user support is required.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Outlook is required.

  • Strong oral and written communication skills are required.
  • A strong customer-service orientation is required.
  • Ability to handle computer equipment and loads of approximately 22 kilograms is required.

Responsibilities
  • Provide first-level computer support to users.
  • Install and configure computer equipment.
  • Participate in workstation deployment and replacement activities.
  • Process and follow up on support requests.
  • Support office software and Microsoft tools.
  • Participate in managing the computer inventory.
  • Provide technical assistance to users on-site or remotely.
  • Document interventions and incidents.
  • Collaborate with support and operations teams.
