  • Knowledge of SAP.

  • Organized, meticulous, and detail-oriented.
Responsibilities
  • Prepare and monitor the annual CAPEX budget for Premises & Services in coordination with Finance and other bank units.
  • Consolidate and analyze financial data, generating information to support area leaders' decision-making.
  • Create and monitor budget execution indicators (budgeted versus executed), identifying trends, risks, and deviations.
  • Prepare and regularly update budget tracking by line or project.
  • Control cash flow and the payment status of purchase orders, including amounts to be committed, paid, partially paid, or paid in full.
  • Reconcile purchase requisitions (SOLPED), purchase orders, and amounts paid or outstanding.
  • Track the physical and financial progress of investment projects from request through closure.
  • Prepare executive reports, dashboards, and reports for management and monitoring committees.
  • Standardize and automate reports tracking financial and non-financial indicators.
  • Review and analyze supplier contracts and penalty regimes, identifying gaps and risks.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to resolve contractual and billing discrepancies.
  • Propose and implement improvements to budget-management processes.
