Responsibilities
  • Coordinate home care referrals and staffing assignments.
  • Schedule qualified caregivers for patient cases.
  • Ensure orders and documentation are current.
  • Support recruiting and hiring efforts.
  • Maintain compliance with credentialing requirements.
  • Assist with employee counseling and service issue resolution.
  • Support office operations as needed.
Desired Qualifications
  • At least one year of customer service or healthcare experience is preferred.
  • Home healthcare experience is preferred.
