Role Definition
In this role, you’ll provide technical support and enhancements for our enterprise monitoring platform, Dynatrace. You will work closely with application development, infrastructure, and business analyst teams to integrate innovative solutions and provide valuable insights into the services they support.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain Dynatrace dashboards for application teams, providing clear insights and actionable data.

• Facilitate monthly Dynatrace User Group sessions, sharing knowledge and best practices.

• Explore and incorporate Davis AI into existing monitoring processes to enhance monitoring capabilities
• Participates in IT functions like developing, coding and testing computer programs.
• Assist in preparing technical and procedural documentation.
• Assist with detailed flowcharts to show processing logic for simple application programs.
• Participate in contributing solutions for programming system operations, including encoding, testing, debugging and documenting programs.

Summary Pay Range:

$72,672.00 - $135,444.00

Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience. Please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Caterpillar.
