- At least 10 years of experience in international expansion, business development, or strategic growth, preferably in e-commerce, logistics, or marketplaces.
- A proven track record of launching and scaling operations in multiple countries.
- Strong negotiation and partnership-building skills with global stakeholders.
- Deep understanding of cross-border commerce, diaspora dynamics, and digital platforms.
- Multilingual capabilities are a plus, with Arabic, French, and English strongly preferred.
- Willingness to travel frequently to key markets.
- Develop a global expansion roadmap, prioritizing markets based on opportunity, feasibility, and alignment with Presentail’s vision.
- Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking, and diaspora insights to validate opportunities.
- Lead go-to-market strategies for each new region, including pricing, product localization, and brand positioning.
- Identify, negotiate, and manage partnerships with local suppliers, logistics providers, payment gateways, and cultural influencers.
- Establish government, regulatory, and compliance relationships in target markets.
- Cultivate a global partner network to accelerate Presentail’s credibility and trust.
- Build scalable operational processes for fulfillment, customer support, and partner onboarding across regions.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, including taxation, data privacy, and trade.
- Collaborate with technology and product teams to adapt the platform to local needs, including languages, currencies, and delivery systems.
- Hire and manage regional expansion leads or country managers.
- Foster a high-performance culture with strong alignment to Presentail’s mission and values.
- Serve as a senior representative of Presentail in international markets, driving trust and visibility.
- Experience in e-commerce, logistics, or marketplaces.
