About the company

Cyberhawk provides end-to-end drone inspection services and a cloud-based asset management platform called iHawk for industrial infrastructure. It captures visual and thermal data (via drones) and geospatial information, then stores it in iHawk where assets are visualized in 3D, with risk registers, traffic and construction progress modules, and digitized checklists. AI analyzes the data to identify defects and anonymize faces. The company differentiates itself by offering an integrated package: specialized, global drone inspection services paired with a proprietary SaaS for ongoing asset visualization, monitoring, and predictive maintenance, all designed to cut site visits and reduce costs. Its goal is to improve decision-making, support condition monitoring and predictive maintenance, and manage asset integrity for capital-intensive industries like oil and gas, power, and construction.

Ondas' cyberhawk(tm) secures multi-year agreement for SSE plc's electricity network inspection and surveying.

Ondas' cyberhawk(tm) secures multi-year agreement for SSE plc's electricity network inspection and surveying. Three-year agreement, extendable by two years, covers drone inspection and surveying across SSE plc's UK transmission and distribution networks Scope expands to offshore wind turbine inspection, extending Cyberhawk into SSE's offshore renewable generation assets Third consecutive long-term award in a relationship spanning more than ten years, alongside a renewed multi-year iHawk(TM) as a Service agreement WEST PALM BEACH, FL / ACCESS Newswire / September 28, 2026 / Ondas Inc. (NASDAQ:ONDS) ("Ondas" or the "Company"), a leading provider of advanced autonomous systems and next-generation defense and security technologies, announced today that its subsidiary Cyberhawk, a global leader in critical infrastructure intelligence, drone-based inspection, visual data management and AI-enabled analytics, has secured a new three-year agreement, with an option to extend for a further two years, with SSE plc's economically-regulated networks businesses, SSEN Transmission and SSEN Distribution for the provision of specialist drone inspection and surveying services across its British electricity networks. SSE's transmission and distribution networks comprise thousands of kilometers of critical electricity infrastructure across mainland Britain. Cyberhawk has supported SSE for more than ten years, applying drone technology to improve the safety, efficiency and quality of network inspection and surveying across one of the country's most extensive energy systems. As part of the new agreement, Cyberhawk has also been awarded Lot 2 for offshore wind turbine inspection, extending the scope of the partnership into SSE's offshore renewable energy assets. The addition broadens Cyberhawk's role across SSE's asset base and aligns with the growing operational requirement to inspect, monitor and manage renewable generation infrastructure at scale. The relationship extends beyond drone services. Cyberhawk has also recently renewed a multi-year agreement with SSE for the provision of iHawk as a Service, strengthening the partnership across both field operations and digital asset intelligence. iHawk serves as a system of record for infrastructure inspection, aggregating imagery, geospatial information and AI-assisted analytics into an asset-centric view that supports risk prioritization, workflow management and operational decision-making across complex enterprise environments. "We are extremely pleased to have secured this new agreement with SSE and to continue a relationship that has now spanned more than ten years," said Chris Fleming, CEO at Cyberhawk. "The fact that SSE has awarded Cyberhawk a third major long-term agreement, following two previous five-year agreements, is a strong testament to the value and trust we have built together." "SSE's electricity networks businesses have consistently been one of the UK's most progressive energy companies when it comes to adopting innovation. We have seen that commitment first-hand through the deployment of drone technology across its networks and, increasingly, through the use of iHawk to turn inspection data into actionable asset intelligence. The addition of offshore wind inspection further demonstrates the breadth of our partnership with SSE. We are proud to continue supporting the safety, resilience and efficiency of its critical energy infrastructure," Fleming concluded. SSE plans to invest £33bn in energy infrastructure by 2030, reinforcing its position as one of the UK's leading investors in the sector. As utilities and renewable energy operators increasingly combine large-scale inspections with data-driven asset management, demand for integrated infrastructure intelligence continues to grow. With onshore transmission and distribution, offshore wind and iHawk covered by long-term agreements, Cyberhawk sees its relationship with SSE as a model for supporting major network operators across the UK and Europe. Cyberhawk appoints Anna Dillé as VP of North American Operations to expand strategic growth and innovation.

Cyberhawk appoints Anna Dillé as VP of North American Operations to expand strategic growth and innovation. May 06, 2026, 08:00 ET GOLDEN, Colo., May 6, 2026 /PRNewswire/ - Cyberhawk(TM), the global leader in drone-captured asset inspection, survey and aerial data management, has promoted Anna Dillé to Vice President of North American Operations. The appointment recognizes Dillé's technical expertise, consistent performance, and the significant business impact she has delivered during her five-year tenure with the company. Dillé's promotion marks the latest milestone in a notable fast-track career at Cyberhawk. Joining as a drone pilot, she transitioned through roles as Planning Manager, Project Manager, and Director of U.S. Operations before assuming her current executive position. Her rapid ascent is a direct result of her ability to architect scalable systems and her success in pioneering new service lines, such as the company's substation inspection protocols. "Cyberhawk was founded over 17 years ago on a spirit of innovation and commitment to operational excellence", said Matt Zafuto, Chief Commercial Officer. "The promotion of Anna Dillé to Vice President of North American Operations is a reflection of these foundational principles and a recognition of her leadership in driving profitable, scalable growth in the largest part of our business, which will propel Cyberhawk into our next phase of growth." Dillé currently oversees a workforce of more than 100 professionals, with field pilots and staff reporting through a structured network of lead pilots, inspectors, planning, data delivery and operations managers. To further support the company's growth, Cyberhawk is expanding its operational leadership with specialized senior management focused on strategic objectives. This new tier, focused on planning, data delivery, project management, and field execution, will streamline day-to-day activities, allowing Dillé to focus on Cyberhawk's long-term innovation roadmap, industry positioning, and achieving its aggressive revenue goals over the next three years. "I view operations as a complex design puzzle," noted Dillé. "My focus has always been on creating systems that allow us to deliver high-safety, high-margin results at scale. I am eager to step into this more strategic role to focus on our innovation roadmap and the next phase of our North American expansion." A Summa Cum Laude graduate of Colorado State University with a B.S. in Landscape Architecture, Dillé's background in architecture and urban design gave her an opportunity to explore creative uses of drone technology in previous positions. From terrain modeling to wildfire mitigation and program oversight, Dillé draws a parallel between her architecture background and operational work as both involve solving complex puzzles. Her leadership has already garnered significant praise from the industry. Upon news of her promotion, executives from major utilities praised her customer management skills and the trust she has built within the energy sector. A key component of Dillé's strategic impact is her collaboration with Cyberhawk's software teams to refine the iHawk(TM) platform. By ensuring aerial asset inspection data flows seamlessly into customer-facing dashboards, she has solidified Cyberhawk's reputation for providing actionable intelligence rather than just raw, unmanageable data. Looking forward, Dillé will spearhead the deployment of emerging technologies, such as "drone-in-a-box" and autonomous docking systems, which major energy and data center companies are currently testing. About Cyberhawk Founded in 2008, Cyberhawk(TM) is the world leader in aerial data management, seamlessly combining drone-captured inspection and survey data with its software solution, iHawk(TM).
