Requirements
  • Recently graduated (or 3rd year student) with BA/BS degree (preferably in business, marketing, communications or a related field)
  • Competent with Excel, Word & PowerPoint
  • An interest in the digital AdTech industry Familiar with Salesforce, Google Workspace, Sigview etc. (Training will be provided.)
  • Comfortable working in a remote environment
  • Driven, self-starter; comfortable working in a rapidly changing environment
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Exceptionally data-driven, metrics mindset
  • Strong interpersonal skills, able to build strong relationships and work in a team
  • Creative and willing to try new approaches and not afraid to think outside the box
  • Strong organization skills
  • Enthusiastic with a desire to develop a strong understanding of business processes in order to be able to work with all the teams
Responsibilities
  • Organize and save site lists along with other files to Showpad, and create specific permissions for files/folders to be accessed by several internal teams
  • Extract reports received by our email alias and save the files to the respective Salesforce opportunities or accounts
  • Collaborate with the Salesforce team to explore ways to best automatically sync, using the SF Chrome plug-in, emailed reports to respective opportunities/accounts upon receipt
