- 3+ years of experience in a software engineering role working with a team in a production environment
- 3+ years of experience building backend applications using any modern programming language such as Kotlin, Java, TypeScript etc
- Willingness to keep up with current standard methodologies and to try, learn and adapt to new technologies and programming languages
- Experience working with modern databases such as MySQL, Postgres, MongoDB etc
- Solid fundamental skills in data structures, algorithms, and web development best practices
- Strong engineering skills in building well-tested, reliable software components
- Experience in Kotlin, but not required
- Ownership. You'll be responsible for building high-performing and scalable product
- Culture. You'll influence our Engineering team. As we grow, you'll help hire and mentor other Software Engineers we bring onboard
- Collaboration. You'll work with engineering, product, leadership, sales, and our customers to ensure our designs are technically feasible and create great user experiences
- Flexibility. You'll have the opportunity to flex beyond the typical scope of a Back-End Engineer by improving our planning, development, deployment processes, and so much more
