Requirements
  • Proven experience building products from the ground up, taking ideas from concept to launch.
  • Experience in product management, product design, or a commercially focused product role.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the product vision: shape strategy and deliver experiences that drive engagement, growth and customer value.
  • Drive channel performance: maximise the buyer and seller experience and commercial impact through optimisation, experimentation and strong ownership of targets.
  • Discover and shape new opportunities: identify emerging needs and opportunities, design product solutions and deliver them to market to unlock growth.
  • Validate ideas at speed: run experiments and tests to rapidly improve key metrics and outcomes.
  • Turn data into decisions: synthesise customer, product and market insights into clear actions.
  • Drive cross-squad alignment: manage dependencies and deliver outcomes with cross functional teams.
  • Build strong partnerships: Work with teams, vendors, and partners to deliver effectively.
  • Influence at the highest level: define and communicate compelling product strategies to senior stakeholders.
