About the Job

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training in transport or warehouse logistics, or a comparable qualification.
  • Several years of professional experience as a dispatcher, ideally in warehousing or logistics.
  • Confident use of warehouse management systems and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Flexibility and willingness to work night shifts.
  • Strong organizational ability and problem-solving skills.
  • Communication skills and ability to work in a team.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and coordinate the distribution of goods.
  • Process returns and complaints efficiently.
  • Monitor and control the flow of goods.
  • Organize and optimize customer deliveries.
  • Ensure timely delivery of goods to customers.
  • Coordinate delivery dates and arrangements with suppliers, freight forwarders, and internal departments.
  • Document and maintain warehouse and logistics data.
  • Act as deputy for the transit point manager.

Desired Qualifications

  • A forklift license and experience operating powered industrial trucks are desirable.
