  • Willingness and ability to work collaboratively with teams during US business hours.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the technical development of the marketing website, ensuring a high-performing, scalable, and resilient platform.
  • Establish and maintain best practices for Nuxt 3, Contentful, and enterprise CMS usage, with a strong focus on developer experience.
  • Design and implement a robust technical architecture, managing integrations with marketing automation tools, analytics, and other third-party services.
  • Drive continuous improvement in website performance, SEO, accessibility, and user experience.
  • Identify and resolve technical challenges, ensuring minimal disruption to website operations.
  • Manage and mentor a team of developers, fostering a collaborative environment and ensuring efficient workflow and project delivery.
  • Partner with leadership during US hours for strategic planning, roadmap development, and alignment with broader company objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure smooth execution and alignment with business needs.
  • Provide US hours redundancy for critical support, troubleshooting, and proactive monitoring of the marketing website.
