About the job
- Completed university studies in industrial engineering, electrical engineering, or communications engineering with a project-management qualification, or alternatively qualification as a project commercial specialist or commercial project manager with several years of professional experience in building and/or security technology.
- Professional experience leading construction-related projects, ideally in electrical engineering.
- Sound technical and business-administration knowledge.
- Experience with VOB, VDE, VdS, and general contract law.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project.
- Structured, goal-oriented working style and strong organizational ability.
- Confident and professional demeanor, assertiveness, resilience, negotiation skills, and initiative.
- Class B driver's license and willingness to travel.
- Act as the central contact and take responsibility for the technical, qualitative, and timely execution of complex security-technology projects involving high- and low-voltage components.
- Analyze the commissioned scope of work, plan personnel and material requirements, and ensure economical and standards-compliant execution of construction projects.
- Create and track schedules using tools including Microsoft Project, conduct active project controlling, and manage claims and variations.
- Plan and coordinate personnel capacities, participate in construction meetings, and produce structured minutes.
- Lead technically subordinate employees and instruct, coordinate, and monitor subcontractors.
- Proactively identify expansion or change requirements in existing customer systems and actively discuss these opportunities with customers.
- Knowledge of the Bosch product portfolio in security technology.
