About the job
- A convention de stage (internship agreement) is mandatory to apply.
- Licence or Master-level education.
- Knowledge of office tools, including Word and Excel.
- Fluency in French and English.
- Sell and market nine conference rooms, hotel rooms, and the hotel restaurant.
- Prepare pricing proposals and manage client requests related to event organization.
- Ensure the quality, compliance, cleanliness, and hygiene of offered services and adherence to brand standards.
- Ensure teams understand function sheets and comply with the contract agreed with the client.
- Propose commercial actions while respecting the hotel's and brand's pricing policies and procedures.
- Prepare a personalized commercial proposal within 24 hours.
- Help grow event revenue through additional sales and promote the offer through service quality and proposals.
- Build strong client relationships, implement the department's commercial action plan, understand the market and its expectations, and monitor competitors.
- Support commercial operations through responsiveness and innovation.
- Contribute to service revenue development in line with the commercial strategy, respect budgets, attend banquet meetings, ensure function sheets are understood, and optimize margins.
- Analyze client feedback and share it with the team.
- Conduct regular on-site quality checks of services offered to clients.
- Coordinate with all departments involved in event organization and maintain close relationships with the field banquet service.
- Adapt working methods to align with the brand philosophy.
- Keep client-accessible areas and offices clean and organized, and ensure client comfort, including room temperature and noise levels.
- Apply and ensure compliance with hotel safety rules, including fire safety.
- Follow the establishment's environmental charter, including energy conservation, recycling, and waste sorting.
- Maintain workplace cleanliness and food safety by following HACCP hygiene rules, and safeguard people and property.
- A third language is an advantage.
