What does the role look like?

As a Staff Software Engineer your primary responsibilities will involve developing new features, fixing bugs, and ensuring the reliable and rapid delivery of high-quality code. 

Our iOS app has seen 600,000+ downloads since May 2024, and usage is accelerating. As a Staff iOS Engineer, you’ll lead high-impact projects, focusing on features like live video streaming, immersive content feeds, native chat, and Whop discovery. Success in this role centers on high-quality, high-velocity output—you’ll be focused on building and delivering rather than aligning with broader company KPIs or metrics. This role is all about cranking out excellent, impactful work. You’ll be a key member of the iOS team, reviewing PRs, refactoring code, and refining product experiences. A product-focused mindset is essential, enabling you to spot and improve rough user interactions independently, ensuring a seamless, engaging experience for our users. Success in this role will be measured through producing high quality code at a high velocity.

Qualifications

• Have built iOS apps before w/ deep knowledge with Swift, ideally SwiftUI
• Excellent communication and project management skills
• Experience building beautiful products at a high velocity

• Target base salary of $230,000 - $300,000 + a competitive equity package.
