Requirements
  • Five years of management experience within the realm of information technology support and/or management.
  • Bachelor degree (preferably computer science, information systems, information technology, computer engineering or related)
  • U.S. Citizenship is required
  • Must be able to submit to varying levels of background investigative requirements up to a Top Secret or Q clearance
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Facility Access Authorization (FAA)
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Products (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, & Adobe)
  • All ProSidian staff must be determined eligible for a Security Clearance (Facility Access Authorization) by the U.S. Government security office
  • Experience with or ability to obtain a Security Clearance National Agency Check with Inquiries (NACI)
  • Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities related to advanced reading and writing ability
  • Ability to manage programs, including development, marketing, and assessment
  • Ability to demonstrate strong working knowledge of application and print management
  • Ability to use organizational and time management strategies

Responsibilities
  • Supports oversight of student scheduling, supervision, and training.
  • Coordinating facility maintenance and interacting with Enterprise Management System (EMS) Technicians.
  • Adherence with EMS directions to replace monitors, desktop computers, and servers and verify operation of hardware and software in the DTFs.
  • Maintenance of facility security and assisting students in using assets provided in DTFs.
  • Monitoring and reporting the condition and inventory of information technology hardware, desks, chairs, and other furniture at site locations.
  • Partnership with other entities to create secure lab environments.
  • Performing hands-on equipment operation and on-site operations.
  • Providing metrics and reports to designated management, section leadership, and stakeholder staff.
  • Providing server and application support and maintenance.
  • Reporting the operational status of the DTFs to the appropriate chain of command and the Distributed Learning Point of Contact (DL-POC).
  • Scheduling the use of DTFs and providing hands-on assistance to the Army Training Information System (ATIS) Product Manager and Enterprise Management System staff.
  • Scheduling training in DTFs in coordination with Soldiers and the Distributed Learning Point of Contact (DL-POC).
  • Shall schedule and manage the use of Digital Training Facilities and provide hands-on assistance to EMS staff for their assigned location.
  • Take a leading role in operating required hands-on equipment and recording on-site operations for the project.
  • Manage DTF equipment, including inventory and procurement recommendations; develop and deploy computer images and configurations.
