Requirements
  • 8+ years of marketing experience; experience in SaaS and/or employer benefits is a plus
  • Experience directly working in or with Payer/Health Plans is a plus
  • Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills
  • A strong data and analytics background; experience with marketing analytics tools (e.g. Looker, Google Analytics, Salesforce) a plus
  • Expert at building end-to-end campaigns/assets in standard MarTech (e.g. Iterable)
  • Strategic and innovative mindset

Responsibilities
  • Develop and build lifecycle marketing campaigns that drive awareness, enrollment, and engagement for new customer partners
  • Write captivating subject lines, compelling email copy, and persuasive calls-to-action that resonate with our audience.
  • Drive a thoughtful, measurable marketing experimentation roadmap; be bold, creative and unafraid to test new strategies (creative, targeting, channels, etc.) that drive accelerated positive outcomes for our members and Spring Health.
  • Design and implement A/B tests to optimize email performance, including layout, format, content, and timing.
  • Utilize segmentation strategies to personalize email communications based on member demographics, behaviors, and healthcare needs.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversions) to optimize future campaigns.
  • Continuously test and optimize push and SMS messaging strategies alongside email campaigns.
  • Be a key contributor to R&D pods to align marketing initiatives with member needs, new product launches and organizational goals.
  • Measure and report on impact of marketing initiatives on a routine basis; sharing winning strategies with our cross-functional stakeholders and leadership.
  • Tackle big projects - build processes, playbooks and mechanisms - that benefit the rest of the marketing and customer success teams, raising our collective Marketing bar.
  • Be a writer. Craft your own comms and narrative with superior comms judgment and experience. Access to our brand (content+design) teams is there, but you’ll be the expert on all things member comms and expected to be a steward of our brand.
