Requirements
  • A minimum of 8–10 years of experience in manufacturing operations and industrial engineering.
  • A Bachelor of Engineering or Bachelor of Technology degree.
  • Expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Total Productive Maintenance, Single-Minute Exchange of Die, and continuous improvement.
  • Hands-on experience in automation and digital transformation projects.
  • Knowledge of time and motion studies, Methods-Time Measurement, Maynard Operation Sequence Technique, and process optimization.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and team leadership capabilities.
Responsibilities
  • Lead automation and digitalization projects to enhance productivity, quality, efficiency, and process reliability.
  • Drive industrial engineering initiatives including time and motion studies, Methods-Time Measurement, Maynard Operation Sequence Technique, layout optimization, and process improvements.
  • Identify opportunities for line balancing, productivity enhancement, headcount optimization, and low-cost automation.
  • Implement Lean Manufacturing and Total Productive Maintenance practices, including waste reduction, Single-Minute Exchange of Die, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Coordinate daily production activities to achieve operational and production targets.
  • Ensure smooth functioning of manufacturing processes and support workplace organization and waste management initiatives.
  • Lead production teams and collaborate with cross-functional functions including Maintenance, Quality, and Warehouse.
  • Train and develop team members on standard operating procedures, safety standards, and operational best practices.
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards, operating procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Drive corrective and preventive actions while fostering a strong culture of safety, health, and environmental compliance.
